Moved to St. James Parish, now Goochland Cunty, Va., before 1727.
1691 got 265 from Richard Perrin (p. 269 Henrico Deed Book)
1691 sold 60 ac. to Wm. Soane (p. 215 Ditto)
1693 divided with brother John 500 ac. inherited from their father (p. 439 Henrico D.B.)
1701 got 126 ac. on Cornelius Cr. (Land Bk. 9-390)
1722 got 400 ac. (Ld. Bk. 11-87, Henrico)

1738 deed 400 ac. in fork of Tuckahoe Creek, 'where I now dwell,' to son Joseph Farar (D.B. 3-182, Goochland Co., Va.)
His will dated 2-28-1740, was proved 6-15-1742 (Will Book 3-561, Goochland Co., Va.) The will mentions, among others, grand-daughters Elizabeth and Lucy Farrar, and Mary Wtkins, who are not identified on this chart. See 8 V 42.
Marriage license {to Katherine Perrin} returned Oct. 1 - 1686.
