Her will dated 28 July 1835 recorded Mon 25 July 1836 (Fluvanna WB4 p87-88; VSL Reel 12) names dtr Sarah J., deceased dtr Elizabeth, sons Horatio J., Benjamin H., William R., and deceased sons Hillary, Edward J. and John B.. She also names deceased bro. Edward Jones, from whose estate she received about $800, though it is as yet undivided. She also mentions children and grandchildren generally. Executors named are sons Horatio J. and Benjamin H., but Horatio appeared at the court session 25 July 1836 and refused to participate, so Benjamin H. acted as sole executor. Inventory taken 27 July 1836 was recorded 24 April 1837 (WB4 p141-144).
